Fruzsina is the Managing and Festival Director of SUPERBLOOM, held at the historic Olympic Park and Olympic Stadium in Munich. She was responsible for building and developing the first European edition of the US festival brand Lollapalooza in Berlin, which she led as Festival Director and Head Creative between 2015 and 2020. Prior to that, she served as Programme and Artistic Director of Sziget Festival in Budapest for seven years. In 2024, she returned to the role of Festival Director for Lollapalooza Berlin.
Fruzsina is a board member of Yourope, the European Festival Association. She was the founding director of the Hungarian Music Export Office and the Hungarian Cultural Institute in Brussels. She co-founded CEETEP, the Central-Eastern European Talent Exchange Program, now part of ETEP, the European Talent Exchange Program. She also co-founded the TAKE A STAND movement within the music industry, encouraging social cohesion, and promoting awareness and tolerance across all cultures, genders, races, colours, and religions. Over 100 festivals and talent agencies have joined the initiative. In 2006, she established the first CEE showcase festival and conference in Budapest, called RegiON.
Fruzsina is an honorary associate professor and a recipient of the French national honour "Chevalier des Arts et des Lettres" and the European Festival Award for Excellence and Passion. She is a recognised panellist at international conferences and a lecturer at international universities, where she teaches art management, creative concept development, and festival organisation.
Her main goal is to create festivals and events with unique artistic and creative programming, with meaningful content around inclusion, diversity, and social responsibility - and, above all, with heart and soul, to provide a lasting positive experience for the audience, the artists, and the team.
Fruzsina was born in Budapest and grew up in Munich. She began her professional career in the music and entertainment industry as a band and tour manager at the age of 18.
