Pavla Slivová is a senior booking professional at Colours of Ostrava, where she has been working since 2009. She is responsible for artist booking and negotiations, collaborating closely with agents and artists from around the world. During the festival, her “kingdom” becomes the backstage behind the main stage, where she oversees artist relations and operations.
She is an active member of YOUROPE and frequently speaks at international conferences and panels, sharing insights into festival programming, artist relations, and inclusion. Pavla is also behind the development of several festival initiatives, including the accessibility programme Colours Without Barriers and projects connecting music with broader cultural and social themes.
