Technology & Innovation Lead
Claudiu Stanciu is a technology strategist with deep roots in the Romanian live events industry. For over 15 years, he designed and led the full-stack marketing and mass communication efforts behind some of the country's most recognized cultural events — ARTmania Festival, Blaj aLive, Jazz in the Park, International Tattoo Convention Bucharest, and Târgul de Cariere — with a lasting passion for digital and audience-first thinking. Today, as Product Manager at SEOmonitor, Claudiu works at the forefront of AI and data — designing intelligent content systems, managing production-grade LLM infrastructure, and building tools that connect emerging technology to real-world outcomes. At EEMC, he brings these two worlds together — offering the live events industry a practitioner's perspective on how AI, data, and digital transformation can create new opportunities for promoters, festivals, and artists.

He has worked as a cultural journalist, literary secretary, dramaturge, translator and copywriter, in varied environments and for many projects, and had brought his love for words and whimsy to all of them throughout the years. He likes to walk the thin line between clarity in communication and respect for the readers’ intelligence.
