Valentin Palade is a coordinator within the Volunteer Brigade, where he began his activity as a volunteer in 2024, having set out from the very beginning to build and lead his own team. Through consistent involvement, professionalism, and dedication, he has succeeded in creating an organized environment and a positive experience for new volunteers taking part in events.
Throughout his work, he has coordinated audience access and flow at major concerts and events featuring artists such as Metallica, Jennifer Lopez, Eros Ramazzotti, Andra, The Motans, Irina Rimes, Smiley, Zaz, and Bosquito, as well as for special productions such as Unforgettable.
In addition, he coordinated the team responsible for audience redirection across multiple performances of the Notre-Dame de Paris musical held at Romexpo, contributing to a smooth spectator experience within a large-scale production.
